AAB Holdings expand growth in NSW through acquisition of SOS Print + Media Group.
AAB Holdings Pty Ltd, parent company of Pegasus Print Group, AB Warehouse & Logistics and F&M Supplies has today announced it has acquired SOS Print + Media Group, based in Sydney.
Founded in 1976, SOS Print + Media Group is a provider of creative services, digital print, offset printing, warehousing and logistics services currently operates out of two sites in Alexandria New South Wales. The business supports some of Australia’s leading brands through highly automated customer tools and technology.
SOS Print + Media will continue to operate as a stand-alone operation from its expansive facilities in Alexandria, adding to AAB Holdings’ capabilities as a leading service and technology provider.
