Pegasus Media & Logistics is a full service production, sourcing and distribution company in Sydney. It was formed in July 2022 as an amalgamation of several entities:

- Ultrapress
- Hytec Cutting Formes
Pegasus operates from two locations in Sydney, the Offset Factory in Blacktown and the Digital Centre in Alexandria. Pegasus is one of Australia’s largest print production companies and the digital centre is one of the largest on demand book printers.
